The death is reported from Sydneyat the age of 72 years of Mr .William Bardsley, father of the, well known cricketers, Warren and Raymond. He. commenced teaching when 10 years old, and became a headmaster seven years later. Fro 40 years he was headmaster /of Forest Lodge School Among his pupils wore many who later became notable, including Sir Douglas Maw,son, Dr. P. R. Cole,
Oliver Hogue (“Trooper Bluegum”), W. R, Carpenter, D. R, Hall and BS. Stevens.
