Th 0 Pope’s resentment at Premier .Mussolini’s speeches has been rekindled by a preface to Mussolini’s written pamphlet, in which the agreement is reproduced. . The Pope has ordered the reprinting of hi s reply, accompanied by a preface declaring that Mussolini’s action ‘‘imposes on us the moral necessity of recalling everything we said concerning the speeches.”
