THE ODDFELLOAVS (From oml Own Correspondent) The fortnightly meeting :of the above was poorly attended. N.G. Sister Martin presided and the usual business was transacted. At, (lie close of Lodge the hall was opened for a dance given by the members. Although' small in numbers .an enjoyable time wa s spent, Mr J. R. Carr supplied excellent music. CARD TOURNAMENT The Hall Committee on Saturday evening held another of their series of card tournaments. The attendance was not. so good as usual, hut. the Committee's funds were considerably augmented, . The prizes were won as follows: Crlhbage, Airs L. Rogers and Aiessi's Kroger and W. Dei hi. Euchre. Mrs .T. Rose, Miss Downes. Alessrs AV. Smith and H. S. Harris. The ladies of the Hall Committee served supper. FOOTBALL On Saturday the seniors travel led to AA’aituna and after a keenly eoniesteil game succeeded in winning by iv° n. Tries were scored by A. IlTige. P. Wilson, and L. Browning. G Truman kicked a penalty goal. AH X. J. Short was referee. Kimholton juniors forfeited to Rangiwahia.
