HOSPITAL BOARD
WORK AT INSTITUTION The monthly meeting of fin Palmerston North Hospital Board was hi yesterday, Sir .Tanms Wilson presiding. Others present, included Messrs O. Me Elroy, V. E. Smith, W. Green])ow and L. T. McLean.
The medical .superintendent reported that 218 patients were admitted during January and 219 discharged. Tile daily average number of occupied beds was 172. The matron of the Awapuni Old People’s Home reported that there were 50 inmates, Including nine females.
