Tip, Cheka has arrested 20 Baptist leaders in White Russia on a charge of influencing peasants against the Soviet. The election of village Soviets disclosed a widespread anti-Soviet

movement. Many villages rejected the official list, and attempted to elect their own candidates. Others elected anti-Bolshevist Soviets. These will bo suppressed.
