TO ENCOURAGE GAMES
(Per ; Press Association 1 Wellington. Feb. 12,
The ’Wellington Cricket. Association decided lo invite Auckland to play a special representative match with Wellington at Wellington during Easter. This is to meet Hie wish of loeal cricketers' Who feel that more big matches are wanted especially in view of the proposed visit of the English team next season. The association also has in view the fact. that. Chapman and Bettington will be in New Zealand at that time.
