DIM LIGHTS
ON RAILWAY LOCOMOTIVES (Por Press Association) Palmerston, May 23. The Chamber of Commerce decided to make representations Lo the Railay Department regarding the alleged 'dimness of the headlights on the express trains. One member stated that the lights were often mistakeki for the* town lights and cases had occurred where motorists were almost on the crossing before they realised that a train was approaching.
