A NEW PARTY ARISES (Augjt. and N.Z. Cable). Cairo, April 25. it is reported that an Egyptian Independence Party is being formed under the leadership Sarwat Paslia, the ex-Pi'emier, embodying the elements at present belonging to the Wal'd, the Liberals and the Unionists, with the object of securing support for, the rejected draft treaty with. Britain. Actually, it is a. new parly which is only anticipating the fall of Nahas Pasha, the Premier, and is prepared to become the Government immediately.
