THEY DECLINE FARM WORK PARADE IN WINNIPEG STREETS (Aust. ana N.Z. Cable'.. Ottawa, April 24. A message from Winnipeg states that 2000 unemployed paraded the streets bearing banners and demanding worlc or fully maintenance. Alderman Eyle declared there would bo*, serious trouble unless the men were taken care of. 'I he Him. R.
