OLD MAN BEFORE THE COURT.

Appearing before Messrs E. IT. Fisher and V. E. Smith, J’s.P., at the

Police Court, to-day Francis Derry, aged 05. was charged with being gn idle and disorderly person within the meaning of the Police Offenders’ Act. in flint he had insufficient moans of support. The accused was apprehended at Oliolienliam on Satunrdny last. He was convictcd and discharged.
