Government- has taken over the invention of Signor Manrico Compare ensuring secrecy in wireless communications, believed to be based chiefly on a system of telegraphy and radio-telegraphy combined, with a special typewriter.
The invention is based on the possibility of direct Hertzian waves, evident lr some form of Beam system.
