A JAPANESE VISITOR (Per Press Association) Wellington, Dec. 20. There arrived by the Marama today Bishop Juji Nakadngof the Japan .Holiness Church, Oriental Missionary Society, who is making a short tour ot New Zealand. The Bishop's visit is a. sequel ‘ to tho world-wide tour made by some fifty members of Katana’s party a few years ago. The party while in Japan stayed at the Bishop’s Bible training school, in i'odobashi, Tokyo, and it was as a result ot tho invitation then given by, the Maoris that the Dishop is making his pi ©sent tour. His main object m coming to New Zealand is to visit tlm Maoris, and he expects to attend the Maori convention at Katana Pa, Wanganui, next week- “ Very beautiful,” he commented when adiroririg Wellington lrom tno deck of the Marama to-day.- “One of the most beautiful harbours i have ever visited, and .1 have travelled all over the world uiroo times. It is very much like my own country. Some mountains, beauti--1 1; and the hills, with the houses with red roofs, and broom, look just iiko a picture.”
