BLAZE AT LINTON.

A HOUSE DEMOLISHED

An outbreak of fire occurred at

Linton at about 4 o’clock yesterday morning a house owned by Mr A. Akers and occupied by Mr Larsen being completely demolished by 7 a.m., at which hour Mamiwutu-Oroua Tower Board employees arrived oil the scene to disconnect the wiring. Mr Larsen is stated to' be a heavy loser as nothing was saved from the dames.

While rescuing liis child, who was sleep in another room, Mr Larsen suffered painful 'burns.
