A R EDICT lON OF ARMAMENTS (Aust. and N.Z. Cable). (Received 1 p.m.) Geneva, June 17. Admiral Saito, bead of Llici Japanese delegation, .interviewed, said be believed a definite agreement would be reached regarding armaments, since it was very necessary? owing to mad competition, in this sphere. There were certain, to be divergencies of opinion on the subject, but it' was equally certain that Britain, America and Japan desired an understanding in the interests ol the peace ol the world.
