He attributed his failure to the sentence of life disqualification from, the pursuit of his profession,' and .his creditors on the whole ''ere sympathetic Instructing the .0.0. A. to facilitate his discharge providing an investigation of his estate proved satisfactory. Unsecured creditors totalled. £'939 and after the realisation of assets bankrupt estimated his deficiency at £324. Ho disclosed he now had. no interest in any racehorses and said ho had lost .0-5.000 oil, two farming ventures.
