PROBLEM OF ’NURSERYMEN

For yea'rs the New Zealand Nurserymen's Association has urged the Government to consider the advisability of- the registration of all persons engaged in the growth and sale of lantsp. Yesterday’s conference warmly supported a number of remits calling on the, Government to act in the matter, r It was declared that the industry suffered more from shops’ which bought stocks a# haphazard than as the result of outside competition.
