FINAL DIVIDEND

The liquidators of the New Zealand ami South Seas Exhibition Company Ltd., have declared a second and final dividend of 3s 7b! in the £‘l on all share capital and donations, making with the first dividend' already paid a total refund of 16s in the £l. The liquidators’ statement of accounts for tlie period from July 26 last to the completion of liquidation show’s that £13,107 was received from salvage, £566 from sundry debtors, £6o9' from , interest, and £122 from sundry recoveries. Among/the payments were £1269 on buildings and erections, £l4O on general expenses, £689 on the pictorial history of the.exhibition and £654 on the official record. Pa yin ent of the first dividend of 42s 6d in the £1 absorbed £51,755 amd the payment of the second dividend absorbs £1.4,...836.. ~.
