NEW COMPANY FORMED
FERTILISERS LIMITED (Pei Press Association) Auckland, Jan. 4. . A new company known as Fertilisers Limited, in which the New Zealand Cp-operative, .Dairy Company and Wriglvt- Stephenson, Limited, are financially interested, hn s been formed to take over Wright-Stenhenson’s fertiliser-works at Otaliuhu. It is understood that AD W. D. Hunt will bo chairman of directors, and Mr William Gondfellnw managing director.
