EVEN BIGGER THAN EXPECTED. (Aust. ami N.Z. Cable). (Received Nov. 23, 1 p.m.) ■ Washington, Nov. 23. The Department of Agriculture’s forecast of the cotton crop is 18,399,000 hales .which is the largest in history and even heavier than expected.
