NAPIER SOLICITOR TO SUE MINE OWN El 5. MAYNE v. WILLIAMS. A writ lias been issued’out of the Supreme Court, Wellington, against Godfrey ’Williams/ the Welsh mine owner, who recently returned to New Zealand on board his yacht Surprise after a cruise' in Australian waters. Application for the writ was made by Messrs Dolan and Rogers, acting on behalf of Anthony 11. D. Mayne, solicitor, of Napier. Mavne left Ne\V Zealand on board the Surprise some months ago in the capacity, it is' understood,‘-of secretary to ’Williams, but left yacht soon alter its arriviiTiVi’'Sidney. He now chums £.1240' damages; alleging that Williams broke his contract.
