Generally speaking, Premier Briand’,s resumption of office has created a good impression.
Be Figaro regards the Cabinet as a mere stopgap to enable M. Briand to go to Geneva with renewed prestige and repair the damage which the French apprehend their case suffered through the absence of an authoritative spokesman.
