SCHOOL SPORTS
A THOUSAND CONTESTANTS The big and most interesting annual sports meeting held under the auspices of the Feiiding and District Public Schools Amateu r Athletic Association takes place on Kowhni Park next Saturday, beginning at 10 a.m. This sixth feature presents a greater programme than ever, tor 1000 scholars have made 1300 entries for the wide range oi events. The lads and lasses all over the country and in-the towns have been putting their best foot foremost in training for their specialties, so that competition will lie of the very keenest for every event. The weather outlook is also full of promise.
