.NO DISTURBANCES. Hongkong, Dec. 27. The expected anti-Christian disturbances at Canton did not eventuate, the Cloverument having issued stem warnings against lawlessness. Activities were confined to street lecturing by over 100 small groups. While the churches held the usual Christmas services, the Canton Christian Council decided not to hold the annual New Year revival services.
