Further details -of the storm in Samoa, on New Year’s Day have been received by the Secretary of the General Post Office. It is reported that the wireless station is intact, except for the aerial and counterpoise wires being brought down. No reports have been received yet- from Savaii. In- is believed that' considerable damage- was done at Tulila, and the Mamin Group. It- the latter place C 3 Samoan houses were demolished in one village.
