-ON SAFETY FIRST DUTY (Special, t.o tlie Star) Hilo, Hawaii, Dec, 1. Through the efforts of tile School Commissioner of the island of Hawaii a junior traffic police system has been installed. , The junior police force is composed of the older hoys, in the public schools, who do traffic duties on streets adjacent to the school buildings. The .isi-Bbofm; has been used in Honolulu, with great success for the past . years,: and has done .much to eliminate danger and actual accidents around the school buildings.
