RESOLUTION: That in, exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on it by Part XLTII. of “The Municipal Corporations Act, 1920,” and of every other power and authority in that behalf it enabling, the Feilding Borough Council hereby makes, bv way of Special Order, a By-law under tbb provisions of “The Municipal Corporations Act, 1920.” The object and purport of the proposed By-law are - - I.—To amend tlie Feilding Borough Motor Traffic By-law made and passed on the 7th day of December, 1916. by adding a proviso to clauses Nos.' 49 ancUoO to provide under certain conditions for the /parking of cars at night without lights. 2. -To set apart- certain stands for the parking of ears' at night without lights. set out the conditions under which cars may be parked on the stands set apart for the purpose.
