Charles Perrin, son ol a wheelwright, who was notoriously extravagant, is being charged with the murder of bis father because the latter refused’ to give him money, .He is also alleged to have assaulted his mother and to have tortured liis ■grandmother, whose feet he burned because site refused, to reveal the hiding place of the family’s nest egg.
