SEVERE STORM

IN AMERICAN SAMOA. (Aust. and N.Z. Cable). New York, January 2. American Samoa was struck on Friday by the most severe storm experienced for more than 20 years. Pago Pago- Bay is covered with much wrekage, including the debris of several buildings. Several were slightly injured and the water system power lines were considerably damaged.
