NOTICE is hereby given that in pursuance and exercise of the powers invested in it in that behalf by the Counties’ < Act, 1913, and its amendments, and of all other growers and Act, if any, enabling it so to do, the Oroun County Council hereby re- i solves: — . - * I.—That the Council do raise Special Loan of £7OO for the purpose of providing the balance of the Council’s share of the cost of improving the Manawatu Gorge Road. ' - 2.—That Loan he for a period of - twenty years. 3.—That the rate of interest on such Loan be a rate not exceeding six pounds per centum per annum. 4.—That the security for such Loan be a special annual recurring rate of l/150th of a penny in the pound sterling upon the rateable value (on the basis of the capital value) of all rateable property within the County of Oroun, and that such rate be payable yearly on the Ist day of April in each year during the currency of such loan. 5.
