BANK MANAGER’S MURDER, (Aust. and N.Z. Cable.) Sydney, Dec. 28. Douglas Robertson, 97 years . of age, described as a skilled labourer, has been arrested in Sydney on suspicion on the charge of murdering William C. Almeida, manager of the Hampton, Victoria; branch of Commercial Bank, on November 28, 1924, when the bank was stuck up by two men, one of whom escaped. The hearing of the ease against Robertson was adjourned till to-morrow.
