CABINET TO TAKE DRASTIC ACTION. tAust. arm N.Z. Cable). Athens, Dec. 2d. A meeting of Cabinet discussed the result of the municipal elections in Salonika, where M. Patrikios was elected Mayor, although the Government had annulled his previous elections on the ground that he was a Communist. Cabinet resolved to combat Communism, and decided, in view of .the alleged electoral indifference of the general public, that voting will be compulsory in future.
