The Mukden authorities report that Kuo refused to surrender, thus necessitating shooting him. Tire -Japanese Foreign. General Chang refuses to promise not. to execute Kuo’s relatives. A general massacre is feared.
Kuo’s forces at Sliankaikwnn have surrendered, thus clearing Manchuria of rebels.
