Tilley, of Nelson, turning to Nelson from Aluichisou on Saturday evening during heavy rain anil snow when the car went o\ei < bank near Hope Junction, in the lpper Puller Valley. Air Sinclair was seriously injured, but the others escaped with biuise*. The accident occurred at an isolated spot and it was some time helore assistance was secured. One man stayed with Air Sinclair, while the other hud to walk three mijes for assistance. " Tile Nelson Hospital was communicafed with at midnight and an. ainhulanco with two men and a nurse immediately '.set out, returning at 9 o’clock on Sunday morning after a long journey over a dangerous road. Air Sinclair is suffering from grave spinal injuries.
