RECONSHi UCTiON PROGRESS So far American subscribers, has been spein in the rebuilding of the historic, library of Louvain University, whicii was sacked during the far thethat was sacked and destroyed by the Gorman iuvauVrs of Belgium early in the World War. An additional £125,000 will be required to complete the work of reconstruction.
