SPANISH POSITION* IMPROVED

A communique says: -The general situation in Morocco has improved. Strong reinforcements have arrived at Mellilla and Tctuan from Spain. I'hc besieged position at Cobadarsa has been relieved. Tho enemy retreated in disordr, leaving many dead and wounded. The Spanish lost about a hundred.
