CARGO BROACHING ADMITTED.

(Per Press Association.) Napier, March 20. Patrick Burke (storenian), Peter l«'ishar (fireman), and John Kduunson (donkeyuuin), were charged at the Magistrate's Court to-duy with stealing from tho-Atuo at ho breakwaer wharf, live raincoats, lour pairs of men's trousers, one boy's suit, Four nigs, and seven dozen men's collars. The chief officer said be caught the men red-handed, and seven eases ol goods had been interfered with. Accused all admitted the theft and were sentenced to 12 months' imprisonment.
