The Government has therefore presented a motion in the Assembly proclaiming the abolition of the dynasty, the banishment of the niebres of the Royal family, of the members of the Boyal family, and the establishment of a Republic. The last mentioned item is to be confirmed by a. plebiscite of the nation. The Assembly passed a vote of confidence in. the Government by 239 votes to three, amid great enthusiasm.
