The Committee reserve the right to add, delete, or alter the programme or postpone the Sports if necessary. In all events three starters or no race, lour or no second prize, live or no third prize. The Committee reserve the right to substitute trophies of equal value for each cash prize. AH protests must be handed in 30 minutes after even with 10s to the Secretary, and if protest is upheld fee will be refunded. In Events Nos. 5,7, 10, 11, 12, 14, 16, Nominations close with the Secretary on 24th January, 1924. Performances for the last three years, or if no performance in last three years/ last three performances. Nomination must be accompanied with nomination fee. Other events post entry.
