VyOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that - a Special Meeting of the Council of the Borough of Feilding will bo hold in the Council Chambers, Feilding, on Saturday, the 17th June, 1922, at 10 a.m., for the purpose of confirming a resolution (to operate as a Special Order) passed at a Special Meeting of the said Council held on Saturday, the 20th May, 1922, and which resolution is in the words and figures following, that is to say:— In pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf, the Council of the Borough of Feilding hereby authorises the raising of a Special Loan as hereinafter set forth, under the provisions of "The Municipal Corporations Act, 1920," "The Health Act. 1920/' "The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1913," and thenrespective amendments, and a requisition issued by the Board of Health, under Section 22 of ' The Health Act, 1920," requiring the Council to carry out certain Jrainage works. 1. The purpose for which the said loan is to bo raised is to carry cut drainage works for the purpose of coping with flood waters which from time to time trouble a section of the Borough. 2. The sum proposed to be borrowed is £750. 3. The security for the repayment of the said loan and the interest a»d sinking fund shall be a Special Rate of l-32d (one thirty-second of a penny) in the pound, upon the rateable value of all rateable property of the ISorough of Feilding, and tno currency of. the said loan shall be for a period of 36J (thirty-six and a half) years. •1.
