A manifesto signed by the Chaplains to the Fleet, to the military forces, and to the Royal Air Force, has been issued inviting all citizens or the, British Empire to set aside Empire Day as a day of special prayer for the spiritual welfare of his Majesty's forces in all parts at Home and abroad.
