In the Supreme Court, Arthur Lindegreen, who is alreact- under sentence as an habitual criminal, was ordered to undergo 12 months imprisonment, concurrently with his piesent term, for the theft of propel tj. Albor Charles Lamb, tor false pretences, was sentenced to two years reformative treatment. Georgo barland charged with attempted rape, indecent assault on a and common assault, was found guilty ol common assault and sentenced to three months’ hard labour. John James McMahon, for breaking, entering and theft, w- awarded two years’ detention, and Francis Johnston Fletcher, for false pretences to two years’ reformative treatment.
