• FAILURE TO SHIP FRUIT. (Per Press Association.; Wellington, May 1. In the throe cases against the Northern Steamship Co., hoard on April 7, claiming damagos for failure to receive fruit on board tho Rarawa at Onehunga, the Appeal Court,, by three to ono (tho Chief Justice, Sir Robert Stout, dissenting.) allowed the appeal, and tho case was remitted to the Supreme Court for the assessment of damages. Plaintiffs were allowed on<i set of costs on the middle scale as on a case from a distance.
