RIFLE SHOOTING
POHANGINA v. LINTON
The Pohangina Valley Rifle Club fired a match on Saturday last against the Linton Club on the Raiimai range. A most enjoyable day was spent, the local team being victorious, winning by 10 poiuts. At'the conclusion of the match cheers were given for the visitors and returned for the winners. These teams have fired two matches and have a win each, and will fire the conquereor at a later date. Following are the scores (seven shot at each range) :
