BRITISH OFFICERS TO RECEIVE WAR MEDAL. (By Electric Cable—Copyright.) (Anst.-N.Z. Cable Association.) Delhi, April 28. Reports from Simla state that it has been decided that all British officers and -men, irrespective of unit, who served in India, during the war, shall bo eligible for the British War Medal, whether they entered the war theatre or not.
