CUBA'S FINANCES.

The Government has" informed the Cuban Government that it must set its economic and financial houso in order or United States financial intervention must inevitably follow. The Cuban Minister, Senor Cespodcs, declares that all Cuba needs is a little more time and tho faith and co-op-eration of friends in order to achiovo tho desired end.
