Wheeler and Dr Frank Crane, editors of Current Opinion, one of tho leading political organs in the United States, have addressed an open letter to Dr Woodrow Wilson, urging him openly to lead the fight for the adoption of the Four-Power Treaty. The writers declare that the appeal is not made, to rescue the Republican Administration from a false position, but to rescue the Nation itself.
