The Lord Mayor and Aldermen went in procession to Buckingham Palace and presented Princess Alary with a congratulatory address in a golden casket, also a diamond chain and pendant from the citizens of London. CEREMONY AT 11.30. (Received Feb. 24, 8.40 a.m.) London, Feb. 23. The Royal marriage ceremony will commence at 11.30 a.m.
