Paris, August 28. lbe Marseilles correspondent of l.e Matin states that as the Zion, the first vessel of tho Zionist merchant marine, was starting for Alexandria, the Police Commissary handed the captain a warrant for the seizure of thy vessel in default ol the payment ol the balance of the ship's purchase money. The captain insisted on starting, whereupon the Commissary had the engine disabled. Subsequently, thw vessel was allowed to proceed.
