In consequence of the blockade of Western Derry, the sta.tionrnaster on the Tralee-Dingle line reports that supplies are exhausted, and that women and children are on the verge of starvation. Labour leaders in • London have been urged to Jake immediate action for their relief. SINN FEINERS THREATEN EX-SERVICE MEN. Sinn Foiners have instituted a campaign of terrorism against exservice men. They informed ,2-3 execrvicers that if they persist* in settling on the laud they will be tried by a Sinn Fein Court and shot. Landowners offering estates to the ex-service commission have been similarly threatened. SINN FEIN OUTRAGES. There is intense indignation in Lancashire against, Sinn Feiners. Cotton operatives are organising movements to refuse work with Irishmen. The country is being scoured for suspects in with the oases of arson, of whom the police have issued a description. Several Irishmen are in custody. The police believe the plot was hatched in\lreland and is hot due to the Liverpool Irish Sinn Feins. As the result of (heir trial at Liverpool, Kerr and McCnughow labourers, were found guilty of con- , spiracy t<» murder the police and setting fire to warehouses and timber yards in Liverpool and Rootle on November 28 fast. They were sentenced to 10 years' penal servitude t Fowler, found guilty of conspiracy.. in firing warehouses, was sentenced to two years.
