Following the arrests of Communists, the police discovered an organised plan tor simultaneous revolutionary outbreaks in France, Spain, and Italy. (Received February 15, noon.) Paris. February 14. Tho recent anti-Communist activity is having sensational results. Police investigations have produced unmistakeable evidence that the Communist movement extends all over the country. Its centre is Paris, with secondary centres at ' Bordeaux, Marseilles, Lille, Brest, Toulouse. Branches are being organised everywhere, but hitherto many of them were small and the membei-s mostly youths. According to Le Liberie; . papers were seized at the headquarters of the Federation. A youti" Communist revealed a plot for a simultaneotis revolutionary movement. ,in Franco, Italy, and Spain on Mav 1.
